Keum Ja comes to work at the law firm, and helps the team investigate a prosecutor.
Izzy finds Mickey, and he awakens in the hospital after reliving a childhood memory of his mother. He is visited by Maggie and Hayley, and Izzy reveals that she has broken up with Rae, who was paid to steal the contract. Mickey suspects his attackers were sent by Grant, and asks Cisco to investigate if Henry is connected. He apologizes to Lorna, and they recruit con man Sam Scales to draw Grant out of hiding with the fake sale of a painting, serving Grant a subpoena instead. Maggie and Hayley stay with Mickey Ganador he recovers, finding his father's old law more info school ring.
Judge Cha Moon Sook was convincingly devious in her role as well, and very hard to read. She was very subtle, cunning and made for a threatening foe. Nam Soon-ja was another interesting character, brilliantly acted. The way she flipped personalities made her another unpredictable variant among the many puzzle pieces. Overall the casting was great. There are just too many great actors and roles to name. And that's what made this show so watchable for me.
Lorna discovers that Jerry drafted a motion for a continuance but was killed before he could file it. Trevor is unwilling to jeopardize his company's pending acquisition, forcing Mickey to refuse a continuance from Judge Stanton. Jerry's receptionist, with whom he was having an affair, reveals that he had a "magic bullet" to win Trevor's case. Unbeknownst to Mickey, his car has been bugged by the driver of the mysterious SUV.
